The state of Colorado is currently under Level 2: Safer at Home directive. Coloradans are longer required to stay at home, but strongly advised to stay at home. Critical businesses are open and non-critical businesses are operating with restrictions.

Energy and Construction Guidance

Construction worksites, projects and companies are not exempt from Social Distancing Requirements, even if compliance means added cost.

Hygiene protocols are strictly required.

 

Moreover, people who are sick or at high risk of severe illness from COVID-19 must not travel to work, even if they work for a critical business.

Places of Worship Guidance

Under Level 2: Safer at Home directive, gatherings are permissible if only 10 people or fewer attend and physical distancing (6 feet) is observed.

Highlights include:

  • Individuals should avoid being in a group larger than 10 individuals (including those within the individual’s household)
  • Minimize in-person contact by maintaining 6 feet of separation from individuals
  • When 6 feet of separation is not feasible, other methods such as wearing a face covering or mask should be utilized
  • Wash and sanitize hands frequently
  • Avoid sharing utensils and other common objects (cellphones, laptops, computer keyboards, tools, etc.)

Highlights include:

  • Strongly encourage the at-risk population (those 65 or older, especially with chronic lung disease; moderate to severe asthma; chronic heart disease; severe obesity; diabetes; chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis; liver disease and weakened immune system) to watch or participate in the service remotely.
  • Designate an area inside the facility reserved for the at-risk population or offer a service for at-risk population attendees only
  • Keep at least two empty seats (or six feet separation) between parties in any row, except as follows: 
  • Two or more members of the same household can sit adjacent to one another, with two seats (or six feet separation) empty on either side
  • Two individuals who are not members of the same household but who are attending together can sit adjacent to one another, with two seats (or six feet separation) empty on either side

 

  • Alternate rows between attendees (every other row left empty)
